Ensure high customer satisfaction by efficiently processing customer quotation requests and orders.
-Provide accurate and fast response to customer quotations requests.
-Process the incoming customer orders.
-Follow up on customer orders that were not yet delivered and strive to reduce open order time.
-Answer to various parts related customer requests, questions and complaints
-Work together with other departments, internal and external suppliers, other offices and dealers in order to provide good service.
-Print invoices to customer.
-Participate in various projects.
-Contribute to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
-Minimum A2 level.
-Experience in an order processing environment is a must.
-Excellent Dutch and English. Good French speaking ability in order to speak on the phone with French speaking customers.
-Able to speak your mind constructively and express ideas and suggestions.
-Good computer skills. At ease with modern technology. Good operating knowledge of Excel. Experience in working with an ERP is an asset.
-Stress resistant & able to prioritize.
-Willing to work in 2 shifts that change each week (1st week: 8h00-16h45 & next week: 11h15-20h00). Occasionally work on a national holiday.
-Willingness to learn and improve continuously. Self-improvement.
-Attention to detail.
-Mindfulness towards clean and paperless environment.
